Approach
At GVI, we spend a lot of time listening. Listening to interviews, raw footage, music, rough cuts, and audio mixes. But the most important listening we do takes place during our initial phone call or email exchange.
Our first job is to understand your goals for a video production and learn everything we can about your organization, industry, stakeholders, strategy, and audiences. Only then, do we recommend an approach and prepare a plan for seeing it through.
We’re intimately familiar with every step of the video production process and know where time (and money) should be spent so you receive the best value. We also value one of your most important resources – your time. Our ability to work on our own lets you focus on everything else you need to get done. We believe in frequent communication and make it easy for you to provide direction and feedback. That being said, we view each video production as a collaboration and we welcome your involvement in every phase of production – planning/logistics, on shoots, reviewing interviews, and in the edit room.
